Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Bites (Healthy, Easy & Irresistible)

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3 tablespoons flour or breadcrumbs
    (Use chickpea flour or rice flour for a gluten-free option)

  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika or chili powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

1. Prepare the Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small, even florets.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the florets and cook for 4–5 minutes until just tender. Do not overcook — they should still be slightly firm.

Drain well and let them cool for a few minutes. Pat dry if needed to remove excess moisture.
