1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into small, even florets.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the florets and cook for 4–5 minutes until just tender. Do not overcook — they should still be slightly firm.
Drain well and let them cool for a few minutes. Pat dry if needed to remove excess moisture.
