Eliana opened the report with trembling hands. “Ryan has been poisoned for months, small doses every day.”
Shock hit his face hard.
The man the entire stock market feared had practically given way.
“Are you sure?”
Eliana handed him the lab results. “This isn’t the first sample.”
Baher read the papers quickly.
Every line was like a dagger to his heart.
Toxic compounds. Gradual neurological damage. Calculated doses.
So his son was being slowly killed while he stood by and watched.
He looked up at Eliana. “Who?”
She paused for a moment.
Then she said, “Your wife.”
The silence that followed was terrifying.
The guard stepped back in fear.
As for Baher, his face went completely pale.
At that very moment, a child’s scream shattered the silence inside the villa.
