Ryan ran to Baher and grabbed his hand. “Daddy, come play!”
Baher knelt down to his level immediately.
He picked him up and kissed his head.
The child laughed loudly, filling the whole house.
At that moment, Baher understood that all the deals he had made in his life were nothing compared to this moment.

Later that night, Eliana was standing on the balcony, looking out at the sea.
